We offer this amazing new service and we’re excited to tell you all about it so you don’t have to worry about taking time off work or out of your busy schedule to get your vehicle repaired.
What Happens After An Accident?
Have you ever been in a vehicle accident? If you have, you know it’s not fun. It’s stressful and there’s a lot to worry about. You need to get the other person’s information (if it’s involving another driver), give your information, call police or other services needed, and once all that stressful stuff is taken care of in the moment, what do you do after the accident? Probably file a claim and move on to repairing your vehicle. That’s where we come in. We can help file your claim so you don’t have to deal with SGI and then we begin the repairs as soon as possible! However, we understand that it’s not always easy to bring your vehicle to our shop. Some people work shift work, can’t find a babysitter, or they’re schedules are simply too busy to worry about starting the repair process. That’s why we’ve created our mobile van service!
What Is Mobile Repair?
At Universal, we have a mobile van that can come to you and assess your vehicle damage at any location and give you a quote on the spot. The reason why we created this helpful service is that we were thinking of ways to serve our customers better. We receive a lot of phone calls from people asking “how much would it cost to fix my car” and we decided since it’s almost impossible to give an estimate over the phone, why not go to the damage itself and assess it there! We can come to your home or business and tell you exactly what it would cost to repair your vehicle.
Repairing All Vehicle Damage
Our mobile van isn’t just for vehicle repairs. It can give an estimate for a number of different damages your vehicle might encounter like:
- Vehicle Vandalism
- Hail damage
- Any minor mishaps while driving
If you plan on taking advantage of this awesome service, be sure to have your driver’s license, vehicle registration, and your auto extension insurance policy number on hand as we need those to complete the estimate. Once we give you the estimate, you can decide if you want to schedule your vehicle for repairs and we can arrange to help file the claim through SGI. We can also set up a means of transportation needed while your vehicle is undergoing repairs.
