To Our Valued Customers:
The Public Health Agency of Canada has set out guidelines that we at UCC are currently adhering to. We recognize the importance of taking precautionary measures to ensure a safe environment for our customers, employees, and family members alike. It is our responsibility to follow protocols that have been put in place to protect our community at large, and help control the spread of the virus. We will continue to monitor ongoing developments from provincial and federal authorities and act accordingly as any new information is received.
What UCC is doing:
- We are currently operating within regular business hours from both our Rochdale location in Regina as well as our location in Emerald Park.
- We are asking customers to use our DROPBOX when dropping off their vehicle for repairs, helping minimize social interactions.

Our shuttle services are wiped down and disinfected after each and every customer pick up and delivery.
We have heavily increased the sanitization practices of all high traffic areas in our buildings including door handles, washrooms, and counter surfaces.
Employees are being asked to stay home if they have recently returned from travelling outside of Canada, or if they are experiencing symptoms of any kind. We kindly ask the same of our customers, to ensure all parties are minimizing risk factors.
